Medicity Guwahati Aditya is a completed brownfield hospital upgrade project with a built-up area of 12,000 sq. ft., developed across a G+1 structure. With a total project cost of ₹3.84 Crore, the project was successfully completed within a tight 6-month timeline, demonstrating HealSpace Infra’s capability to deliver fast-track healthcare upgrades.

The scope of work included MEPF execution and interior development. The MEPF works covered efficient electrical systems, HVAC installation for comfort and infection control, plumbing networks, fire-fighting systems, and medical gas pipeline execution in line with healthcare standards. Interior execution focused on creating modern, functional, and hygienic spaces that enhance patient comfort and support smooth clinical operations. Special care was taken to seamlessly integrate new systems into the existing structure, ensuring improved performance without compromising ongoing hospital activities.
