The Arbor Vitae Health Initiatives project is a completed brownfield diagnostic centre development with a built-up area of 13,500 sq. ft., structured as G+2, and delivered within a tight timeline of 8 months. With a total project cost of ₹4.32 Crore, the project demanded precise planning, seamless coordination, and strict adherence to healthcare standards.

HealSpace Infra executed a comprehensive scope of work including MEPF services, interior execution, and Modular OT installation. The MEPF works involved efficient electrical systems, advanced HVAC solutions for patient comfort and infection control, along with complete plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical gas pipeline installations. The interior design focused on modern reception and waiting areas, ergonomic furniture planning, and a clean, patient-focused environment. The Modular OT was delivered with high-sterility standards, seamless wall panels, controlled airflow systems, advanced lighting, and precision installation to support surgical safety and efficiency.
