Aruna Memorial Diagnostic Centre is a completed brownfield hospital project with a built-up area of 2,100 sq. ft., developed within a G+3 structure. With a project value of ₹67.20 Lakhs and a completion timeline of 1 year, the project required careful planning and precise execution to meet healthcare standards within limited space.

HealSpace Infra’s scope of work included MEPF execution, interior development, and Modular OT installation. The MEPF works covered efficient electrical systems, HVAC solutions for comfort and infection control, hygienic plumbing networks, fire-fighting systems, and medical gas pipelines. Interior design execution delivered modern reception and waiting areas with clean, functional, and easy-to-maintain finishes. The Modular OT was developed with high-sterility standards, seamless wall panels, and controlled airflow to ensure safe and reliable clinical performance.
